All Swatch watches come with a two year limited warranty. The terms of this warranty are in the international warranty document provided with each watch. Retain sales slip from Right Time International Watch Center (Authorized Swatch Retailer) as your dated proof of purchase. In case your Swatch watch requires a service, other than new battery or a strap replacement, mail it and proof of purchase to: SGUS, 55 Metro Way, Suite 1, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Please read the warranty carefully before sending your watch.

Please note: the warranty does not cover the life of the battery, the normal wear and aging of the crystal or the strap (alternation of colour and/or material of non-metallic straps or chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, Velcro; peeling of the plating). The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Swatch Ltd.
